Rio Hiking offers unique recreational and active Team Building programs and Corporate Activities in Rio de Janeiro. Our activities are carefully prepared to offer pleasant and safe outdoors experiences in some of Rio’s nicest locations: Copacabana beach, Tijuca Forest National Park, Sugar Loaf and Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas areas. The purpose of our programs is to provide memorable group experiences in Rio and enhance cooperation and awareness among the participants.
To make sure nothing is missing we will also take care of the whole structure for the abovementioned programs such as beach chairs and umbrellas, tents, tables, yoga mattress, and any other equipment or structure necessary for the activities. We also provide different options of snacks, drinks, and meals according to the client’s requirements. All activities are coordinated by our team of English speaking guides and instructors.
One of our most popular programs is the “Beach Club” that takes place at Copacabana, Ipanema or Barra da Tijuca beach. This program includes recreational or competition activities, such as beach volley, beach soccer, beach tennis, bike rides, stand up paddle and slack line. Other services like massage and workshops (hand craft, samba dance, sand sculpture, capoeira) can also be organized at the beach. We also use a beach kiosk for snacks, drinks and support for anything else the group may need.
The Tijuca Forest National Park is another beautiful and pleasant area to host larger groups. Our “Photo Safary” program is a fun and active observation challenge that takes place on some of the most popular trails of this lush tropical forest.
Another incredible group activity at the Tijuca Forest is the “Zen Day”, a great way to relax and enjoy the nature of Rio in a peaceful and relaxing way: yoga classes, massage, waterfall shower, short hikes and picnics are some of the activities we suggest on this program.
We also organize the “Lagoa Skills & Endurance Challenge” at Parque da Catacumba and Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. This program can be organized with short hikes, climbing wall, canopy, zip line, bike riding and running. On this activity team cooperation and organization will be very important to complete the challenge.
